The EcoSys is a portable mass spectrometer (MS) for the analysis of the composition of gases/vapors and also for the monitoring of individual components or trace gases.

The individual components can be qualitatively determined by the mass/charge ratio. The MS is equipped with electron impact ionization (EI) and a quadrupole detector.
The closed ion source improves the sensitivity and the signal-to-noise ratio. Depending on the monitored substances, concentrations can also be measured in the ppb range.
The MS is also suitable as a highly sensitive detector on a thermal desorption unit (EDU, AIRSENSE)
